Q: Lynda, why did we bring in a new color in the All-Season Comforter?
At SHEEX, our mission has always been to revolutionize the way people sleep by blending cutting-edge performance fabrics with unparalleled comfort. Everything we create is rooted in that philosophy, helping our customers sleep cooler, deeper, and better.
We originally designed the All-Season Comforter to bring a layer of lightweight luxury to the bed, something you could truly use year-round. From a product development standpoint, we wanted to offer a comforter that delivers comfort without compromising on performance.
Our White All-Season Comforter quickly became a customer favorite, and it was clear they wanted more options. In response, we expanded the offering with a brand-new colorway: Graphite. This rich, versatile shade was the perfect follow-up to white. It offers the same clean, modern aesthetic, but with added depth and sophistication.
Graphite is timeless, yet bold, effortlessly complementing a wide range of bedroom styles while providing a more dramatic alternative to lighter neutrals. It delivers a sleek, elevated look without compromising the cooling, breathable performance our customers know and love.
Q: What sets our All-Season Comforter apart from other comforters on the market?
We built this comforter from the performance foundation, starting with our proprietary Original Performance fabric, the same ridiculously soft, moisture-wicking material that powers our sheet sets and sets the tone for breathable, high-tech comfort.
From there, we added our CoolX™ hypoallergenic fiberfill, which has a hollow core structure that allows for superior airflow while maintaining loft and warmth without weight creating an airy cloudlike feel.
Unlike traditional down or poly comforters, this one is incredibly lightweight and breathable, so it won’t trap heat. We also focused on the small but important design details, like the crosshatch tack stitching, which keeps the fill in place while maintaining a smooth surface, and corner anchor loops for use with a duvet cover. Finished with platinum satin piping for a clean, elevated look, every element was thoughtfully designed to deliver the perfect balance of performance, comfort, and modern luxury.
Q: Is there anything else that you'd like customers to know about the New All Season Comforter in Graphite?
Yes! It’s incredibly versatile. It works beautifully on its own as a sleek, modern comforter or as an insert in a duvet cover. It's also machine washable, so it’s easy to care for at home, no dry cleaning or special care needed.
Plus, both versions of our All Season Comforter are hypoallergenic, made with materials that help resist common allergens like dust mites and dander, making it a great option for sensitive sleepers. That practicality doesn’t come at the expense of comfort - the feel is anything but basic. It’s a great example of how we’re combining technical performance and design-forward thinking to bring something truly innovative to the sleep space.
