The height is exactly what I need for my neck when I sleep on my back — no stiffness, no tossing and turning, just total comfort. The pillow case cover it comes with is super good quality too especially when paired with one of their performance pillow cases on top of it. "I am a side sleeper. After reading some reviews, I opted for the back pillow as some said the side one was quite thick. These pillows are PERFECT! 🤩 not too hard/not too soft, just right. I sweat a lot and I no longer do that sleeping on these however that could also have something to do with the wonderful sheen pillowcases I bought for them. I bought seven, my husband absolutely loves them! I will never sleep on another kind of pillow as these are the BEST ever!"
