SHEEX® fabrics have been engineered with SLEEP•FIT® Technology that maximizes wicking moisture away from the skin through capillary action, ensuring advanced breathability and heat transfer while providing a cooler-to-the-touch feeling. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay,Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.  We also offer installment payments for orders over $150.

Your billing and credit card addresses must match in order for us to accept payment.

We are not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors.

When your order is purchased, an authorization will be placed on your card for the amount of the purchase.  Your payment will be captured at the time your order is shipped.

While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, often times an order will not ship on the same date as when the order is placed. When you place an order, you will see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page.

If you have selected an Express shipping method, please be aware that the shipping speed will be in relation to the date when the order ships. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening and select 2 Day Shipping, your order may not ship until Monday and then will arrive on Wednesday.

Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when anticipating shipping speed.

We ship within the United States, U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses is handled via the Military Post Office and takes approximately 30 business days.

International shipping is subject to shipping charges. Consumers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery. We are in the process of expanding our international shipping capabilities. For additional information on international shipping please click here.

It's easy to check your order status after it has been placed. Simply log in to your customer account by clicking here.

In addition, after your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your shipment.

Due to bad weather or heavy shipping volume, especially during the holidays, packages shipped via ground method may be delayed.

Discounts, Coupons, Promotions can only be retroactively applied to prior purchases made within the previous seven (7) days. 

The First-time shopper discount of 10% off cannot be combined with other sales.

We're so confident that you'll love our sheets, we welcome you to try them out, risk-free, for 60-nights. You have 60-nights from the date of purchase to exchange any item purchased on SHEEX.COM.

If you’d like to purchase a different color or item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return and exchange policy and place a new order.

We do not accept exchanges or warranty issues purchased from 3rd party retailers. We recommend reaching out to these retailers directly for information on their exchange policies.

The SHEEX product warranty covers all defects for one (1) year following purchase of the product from SHEEX. Click here for more information on our warranty coverage.

If your SHEEX® order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we request that you refuse the delivery. 

If you find shipping damage after you have accepted the shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (856) 334-3021, Option #1.  Our hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pmEST, (6 AM to 3 PM Pacific).

Please note that because we attempt to fulfill orders quickly, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has entered the shipping process.

We process your refund immediately; however, it may take your financial institution longer. We recommend contacting your financial institution for more information.

Our original performance fabric sheets feature four-way stretch capabilities and are guaranteed to fit extra-deep and pillow-top mattresses. Our fitted sheet features ultra-strong elastic around the bottom to fit snugly around your mattress without popping off. It's the best-fitting sheet you can find anywhere.

Yes! We offer a special product we call a "Split King" set that features this exact configuration. This product is available in our original performance fabric.

We proudly offer a full range of complimentary products that work together to help your body stay at its ideal temperature and improve sleep. Additional products in the SHEEX® family include duvet covers, pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and even a mattress. Plus, our performance fabric sleepwear and loungewear is available in both men's and women's styles.

Twin/Twin-XL sets include one standard pillowcase. Full and Queen sets include two standard pillowcases. King, California King and Split King sets include two King pillowcases. All sets (with the exception of Split King) also include one fitted sheet (also known as a bottom sheet) and one flat sheet (also known as a top sheet).

In our Nautical Collection, Bunk sets come with one standard pillowcase; Double/Queen, Forward/Hex, V and V XL sets come with two standard pillowcases; King comes with two King pillowcases.

Because of the unique circular-knit construction of our performance fabric, thread count does not apply like it does with traditional cotton sheets.
