FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard (ground) shipping on all domestic orders within the United States on orders that are above $150.00. All sales on products from on our ”SALE” page are final. Regular charges will apply to orders shipping elsewhere and to all orders shipping via an expedited method.
If your SHEEX® order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we request that you refuse the delivery. If you find shipping damage after you have accepted the shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (856) 334-3021, Option #1
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return or exchange your purchase at any time up to 30 days after purchase. No additional shipping charges will be incurred when you initiate an exchange or return that is due to a SHEEX® product defect or shipping error. You can view shipping costs for express shipping methods to all destinations by adding merchandise to your shopping cart and beginning the checkout process.
We are currently only able to provide estimated duties and taxes for our Canadian customers. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. ORDER STATUS/ORDER TRACKING
It's easy to check your order status after it has been placed. To track your order, log in to your customer account by clicking here. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your shipment.
TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED
Orders placed by 11:30 AM Eastern (8:30 AM Pacific), Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. During the checkout process, you will see an estimated arrival date for the shipping method that you select.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On rare occasions, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.
SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number so that you can track your order online.
"ORDER DATE" VS. "SHIP DATE" AND EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, often times an order will not ship on the same date as when the order is placed. Thus your "Order Date" and your "Ship Date" may not be the same. When you place an order, you will see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. If you have selected an express shipping method, please be aware that the shipping speed will be in relation to the date when the order ships. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening and select 2 Day Shipping, your order may not ship until Monday and then will arrive on Wednesday. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when anticipating shipping speed.
