What is the SHEEX Sleep Week Challenge?
In honor of Sleep Awareness Week, the SHEEX Sleep Week Challenge aims to help everyone find a deeper, more restorative sleep. This year the challenge includes 25% off sitewide, daily tips & tricks for better sleep, and special bonus deals during the week.

What is the Sleep Awareness Week?
The National Sleep Foundation launched Sleep Awareness Week in 1998. Their website describes the week as a “national public education campaign that celebrates sleep health and encourages the public to prioritize sleep to improve health and well-being. The campaign commences with the beginning of Daylight Saving Time.”
While we all adapt to the slight change that Daylight Savings brings, we welcome longer days and sometimes struggle to settle back into a routine. Much like The National Sleep Foundation, during this week, the sleep experts at SHEEX wish to provide helpful information on all things sleep.
