This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”)explains the information SHEEX collects from and about you through the SHEEX.com (the“Website”) and when you communicate with the SHEEX Customer Service Department,how we use and protect the collected information, the extent to which we sharethe collected information with our business partners and other third parties,and your options for reviewing, revising, and/or restricting our use of thecollected information.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

SHEEX may collect and store a varietyof information when you visit our Website to browse, purchase ourproducts, register by creating an account, or use other interactive features ourWebsite may provide. We may also collect and store certain information when youcontact our Customer Service Department. The information we collect from youaids us in our efforts to provide superior customer service, improve yourshopping experience, and provide you with announcements about new products,services, promotions, and all things SHEEX which we believe may be of interestto you. DO WE SUPPORT DO NOT TRACK TECHNOLOGY?

Our Website does not presently supportDo Not Track (DNT) technology. DNT is a privacy preference that may be set insome web browsers to allow users to opt out of tracking by websites and onlineservices. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yetestablished a universal standard for DNT technology, and therefore, our Websitedoes not utilize any DNT technology.

DO THIRD PARTIES CONDUCT TRACKING ONOUR WEBSITE?

SHEEX does perform tracking on SHEEX.com toprovide you with an enhanced shopping experience. Outside of our TrustedPartners, we do not directly enable or permit third parties to conduct trackingon our Website. However, our Website may contain links to third party socialmedia websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, and when youvisit these third party social media websites through the provided links, thethird party may collect information about your visit to their website, and suchinformation may include tracking your browsing history using technology enabled by your web browser. DO WE SHARE COLLECTED INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We are not in the business of selling PII. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. We may, however, share may share PII with Trusted Partners or other trusted third parties. We may share PII with our Trusted Partners when we ask them to perform business-related functions on our behalf, which may include processing transactions, fulfilling orders, and providing marketing and advertising services. We may also, from time to time, partner with other trusted brands and may share information with them if we believe they offer products or services that may be of interest to you.

CAN I ACCESS, CORRECT, UPDATE, DELETE OR REQUEST A COPY OF  MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You can access, correct and/or update certain personal information that you have provided to us by editing yourAccount within the "My Account" area of our Website. You can also contact SHEEX Customer Service by email, telephone, or mail (our contact information is at the end of this Privacy Policy) for help accessing, correcting, updating, deleting, or requesting a copy of your personal information.

CAN I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

You can unsubscribe from our advertising and promotional emails at any time. All of our advertising and promotional emails include a link at the end which you can click to unsubscribe from future emails. You can also email us at customerservice@sheex.com with your request to be unsubscribed from future emails. We will promptly process your request for removal upon receipt. Once removed, you will still receive emails from us to confirm any purchases you make.

IS INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM CHILDREN?

Protecting the privacy of children is extremely important to us. Our Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at nor intended for use by children. In accordance with federal law, we do not solicit or knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13 without the verifiable permission of a parent or guardian. If we learn that a person under the age of 13 has submitted PII to us without consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases.
