Great sheets- but no pillowcase size option
"Sheets are great as always but the pillowcases you have to get are huge king size. There is no option for standard cases. I even added the request in “special instructions” (or whatever it was called) at checkout and never heard a thing from Sheex. Now they need to be tailored…. ugh"

"I love these sheets. I started off with the performance sheets. I upgraded to the midnight label over the last four or five years. They are amazing. The cooling aspect of them is the number one reason I love them. The softness and feel are also a great attribute. Now I just need them to get the duvet back in king size for the midnight label."

Great product & poor customer service
"We are super happy with these sheets. They really do feel cool - when you move to a new spot on the sheet during the night it feels cooler again. So smooth and soft! Unfortunately, the customer service for our order was not the same quality. I ordered online and less than 5 minutes after placing the order, noticed it would be sent to the wrong address. I called and emailed immediately to try and change it, but was told it was too late to change the address and nothing could be done. VERY disappointing! So, despite loving the product, I will have to give mixed reviews to friends and very likely will never order again from SHEEX."
