What is the Dream Team Rewards Program?
Our NEW Dream Team Rewards program is an enhancement to your current SHEEX account. Besides being able to track orders and view your history, you’ll now be able to earn points on future orders. Points can be redeemed for discount codes and free product. You’ll also get exclusive access to future promotions!  

How do I make an account?
To create your account visit our Dream Team Rewards Dashboard here: https://www.sheex.com/pages/dream-team-rewards-join-now and click "Join Us." 

Important Dream Team Rewards Rules

- Dream Team Rewards can use up to $40 in rewards per purchase.
- 100 Dream Team Rewards Points = $10

Defining Phases & Tier Multipliers -
Crescent Moon Phase (Customer has purchased in the past 12 months)
$1 = 1 Point

Quarter Moon Phase (Customer has purchased and spent at least $200 in the past 12 months)
$1 = 1.5 Points

Full Moon Phase (Customer has purchased and spent least $400 in the past 12 months)
$1 = 2 Points

How to Earn Points
One (1) Dream Team Rewards Point is awarded for each $1.00 spent on SHEEX.com. If you progress to the Quarter Moon or Full Moon Phase, you will earn 1.5 & 2 points, respectively, for each $1 spent.

You can also check your Dream Team Dashboard for other ways to earn points. Here are some ways to earn more points:

• Signing Up = 50 points

• Entering my birthday= 100 points on your birthday

• Reading a featured blog post = 5 points

• Share on FB, Follow on FB & Instagram = 5 points

• Writing a review = 50 Points

• Video review = 25 Points

Keep an eye out, rewards members will also have the opportunity to earn bonus points on 2x or 3x points on special promotions.

Where Can I See My Rewards Balance?
You can check your dashboard at any time to see how many points you have accumulated or in the dropdown at checkout.

How Long After Purchase Will I See My Rewards In My Dashboard?
Points may take up to 5 business days after payment is processed to show in your account.

Do my Points Expire?
Points will expire after 1 year of inactivity/last purchase.

How to Use My Rewards
First, make sure that you are logged in to your account. If you’re unsure, you can click the small avatar in the top right of your screen. (See below)

At checkout, you’ll see a dropdown with your rewards. Select whichever reward you would like to use, hit the apply button and you will see it deducted from your total. Just a reminder, Dream Team Rewards can be used in increments of $40. (See Below)

Can't see your Dream Team Rewards?
If you have checked out previously using Shop Pay, the website may keep you logged in with that account. To check out using a different name, address, etc. click the “Check out as guest” option (See Below)

Can I receive points for a past purchase? 
Our new loyalty platform will not allow points to be awarded prior to the start of the program in July 2021. If you have any other questions regarding past purchases, please contact our Customer Care Team at customerservice@SHEEX.com.

Points for Free Product
If you redeemed a free product with rewards earned from a purchase and subsequently return that purchase, you will have to also return the redeemed free product.

If you have questions or would like to pay for the product instead of returning, you can contact the Customer Care Team at customerservice@sheex.com.

Can I redeem multiple free products/multiple rewards? 
We currently only allow one promo code per order and a free item is redeemed with a promo code. You can redeem product/rewards with multiple transactions.

How long will it take to points to appear in my Dream Team Dashboard?
