Hybrid Pillow

"Best pillow of my life! I can be difficult when it comes to the right pillow for me. The pillow must offer perfect height and support or my neck will hurt and my insomnia worsens. This pillow immediately felt different. I have been through high end pillows and none match this one. The height is perfect and you can adjust the fill to the place you need support. Game changer!! This pillow also stays cool. I am a loyal Sheex customer and I am so happy I went ahead and bought this pillow. Just so I have it, I bought a second one. It really is that good. I have only slept on the fill side and am glad to own it. Since having it my sleep has been great and the insomnia isn’t so bad. I am a side and back sleeper as well."

Unexpected Neck Support; High Quality Fiber fill; Strategic foam structure

"This was a tough review to settle on as the marketing of the pillow suggests its hybrid nature is the selling point. I disagree - I think this pillow is *ideal* for back sleepers; the unexpected support from the coned side likely comes from the novel combination of the memory foam with the 150-denier fiber fill (which, btw, is top quality stuff - to really utilize it wash the cover with the fiber fill - but NEVER the foam - in COLD water with NO SOFTENERS and tumble dry LOW or if you can EXTRA LOW. Ideally for the first wash/dry you want to do just this single item. If combining with other stuff use a mesh bag. After removing from the dryer the fiber will have properly fluffed and expanded and you're good to go). The alternate 'solid' non-pyramid memory-foam side is cool and moderately supportive, and while the density is just right for supporting the fiber fill plush side (and when I say just right I mean PERFECT) as a static sleeper, the tradeoff for that is a more shifty experience when flipped over. Thus this pillow is ideal as a base layer with another pillow (perhaps the Zen, which I've yet to try) if you're a finicky side sleeper that moves about and tends to 'hug' and dynamically interact with their pillow. It's PERFECT as a primary static support system if you're a pretty static back sleeper. Now I bought this hoping it would be a reincarnation of the long-discontinued (probably non-certified foam back then) early-2000s Tempurpedic 'Symphony' pillow***. Instead this turned out to fill a novel niche in my sleep system for back-sleeping/lounging; I no longer suffer crooks in the neck due to the clear focus on that sleeping position in this pillow's design. ***A pillow which is still my go-to after 20 years for as the 'huggable'/'under arm' pillow; that particular pillow has VERY dense memory foam and weighed/weighs a LOT; I've long since lost the cover part for the original Symphony (which was this awesome silky material on one side and the regular tempur cover on the other), but the internals are still sort of intact, though utterly shredded and held together by mesh at this point. Tempurpedic went on to make a whole bunch of 'Symphony' pillows using that name in the years since and they've all been horrendously cheap imitations of that original run. I suspect this is because of the CertiPure standards in place which likely expense by density/weight. Check Reddit and you'll find a niche community of people still discussing that pillow twenty years later btw."
