FAQ
Questions, answered honestly.
How do SHEEX sheets actually cool you down?
Our performance knit pulls moisture from your skin and disperses it across a larger surface area, allowing heat to evaporate faster than traditional cotton. The result: a consistently cool sleep surface.
What's the 60-night guarantee?
Sleep on your SHEEX for 60 nights. If they aren't the most comfortable sheets you've ever owned, we'll refund every dollar, no questions asked.
How do they hold up after washing?
Unlike cotton that softens then breaks down, our performance fibers retain their softness and shape for years. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
Will they fit a deep mattress?
Yes. Our fitted sheets stretch comfortably over mattresses up to 18 inches deep, including hybrid and pillow-top constructions.
What's the difference between the SHEEX collections?
Each SHEEX sheet set has a slightly different feel and is designed to address different sleep needs. View our comparison chart to find the best sheet set for you.

I don’t really like them.
"I don’t really like them. They’re too big fat for my body/neck."
"Very comfortable"
Pillows
"Not very comfortable"
"This Pillow is the First Pillow I have Ever Purchased for Myself. It is Fantastic. Both my husband and I agree, we haven't slept this well in years. . ."
Back sleeper pillow is so comfy!!!
"The SHEEX Back Sleeper Pillow is perfect! It’s so soft and fluffy while still giving just the right amount of support. The height is exactly what I need for my neck when I sleep on my back — no stiffness, no tossing and turning, just total comfort. It feels plush but not too thick, and it keeps me aligned all night long. The pillow case cover it comes with is super good quality too especially when paired with one of their performance pillow cases on top of it. I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, but this one is hands down one of the best for back sleeping. Couldn’t be happier with it!"
So good you need two!
"Such a comfy pillow for back sleeping and even just laying against while sitting up! It’s so plush and plump but not too puffy to sleep on. I thought two to complete the look on my bed and I love it!"
Comfortable
"The pillows are nice"
Back sleeper pillow
"I am a side sleeper. After reading some reviews, I opted for the back pillow as some said the side one was quite thick. These pillows are PERFECT! 🤩 not too hard/not too soft, just right. I sweat a lot and I no longer do that sleeping on these however that could also have something to do with the wonderful sheen pillowcases I bought for them. I bought seven, my husband absolutely loves them! I will never sleep on another kind of pillow as these are the BEST ever!"
Wonderful pillow
"This is the first pillow I’ve ever had that works as advertised. I’m a back sleeper and I’ve never been accommodated before this. I’ve had wonderful sleep since I purchased it, so I went back and purchased a second as a back up. !"
Q&A
- What is the difference between a back/stomach sleeper pillow & a side sleeper pillow ? What id the logo code ?
- Our side sleeper pillow is constructed with a 2 inch gusset which will uniquely support side sleepers head and neck; while our back/stomach sleeper pillow is not as thick so it will be perfect for those who sleep on their back and stomach. Sleep great on your new SHEEX pillows!
