2026 Sleep Sound Giveaway – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ONE (1) WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AT RANDOM FROM ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Sleep Sound Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on March 8, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is SHEEX, Inc. ("Sponsor"), with offices at 1814 East Route 70, Suite #350, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached at marketing@sheex.com
during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Rhode Island.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited, including Rhode Island.
3. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the following prize bundle:
SleepEngine Pod – Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $399
Nightfall Sheet Set – ARV up to $349
Nightfall Cool Cloud Cover – ARV up to $349
Body Pillow – ARV $189
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,286
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes once delivered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting:
https://www.sheex.com/pages/sleep-week
and completing the online entry form during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries using multiple email addresses, identities, or other methods may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper.
5. WINNER SELECTION
The potential winner will be selected in a random computerized drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will occur within 72 hours after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct the drawing, and all decisions are final.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via email using the email address provided during entry within approximately 96 hours after the drawing.
The selected winner must respond within three (3) calendar days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents").
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4–8 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
7. PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by entrants will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at:

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their information for administration and prize fulfillment purposes.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, unauthorized access to entries, or other disruptions that may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
9. WINNER LIST / OFFICIAL RULES

Requests must be received within 90 days after the Promotion Period ends.
10. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the State of Delaware.
All issues related to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles
