Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 nights of the purchase date. Returns are refunded in the original payment form. SHEEX® cannot accept returns after 30 nights for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

All SHEEX® products include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. In the event of manufacturer defects, we will provide a return shipping label and full refund or exchange of your defective products(s).

SALE section items may not be returned or exchanged.

We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping and processing.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from third-party retailers. We recommend getting in touch with any third-party retailer directly for information on their return policies.

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact Customer Service for assistance and they will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please be sure to have the following information available:

  • The original order number
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item
  • Did you notice the damage over time, or did it happen all at once?

What's your exchange policy?

We're so confident that you'll love our sheets, we welcome you to try them out, risk-free, for 30 nights. And as always, U.S. domestic ground shipping is complimentary.

You have 30 nights from the date of purchase to exchange any item purchased on SHEEX.COM

If you’d like to purchase a different color or item, you may return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

New orders are not eligible for any discounts or promotions that were applied to the original order.

SALE section items may not be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are shipped as soon as possible following receipt of your original item. Please allow 10 business days for shipping and processing.

How do I make a return from an international location?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide prepaid return labels for international returns, so you are responsible for the cost of return shipping from any location outside the U.S.

Please be sure to use a method that provides a tracking number as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any duties, taxes or original shipping and/or handling charges.

What is an Outlet Sale?

Outlet Sale means no returns or exchanges. We unfortunately are unable to accept items that were purchased from our Outlet for return or exchange.

It is safe to assume that our regular Sale items are not Outlet Sale. The Outlet Sale policy is only in place if the item is listed in the SALE section.
